Using this website
By browsing these pages you accept the terms set out here. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
The site is provided for information. Nothing on it forms a contract, and no work is agreed until it has been quoted in writing and accepted.
Accuracy of the information here
We write these pages carefully and keep them current, but roofing is a practical trade and general descriptions cannot cover every house in Wenonah, let alone every house in the boroughs around it. What is written here is a description of how we usually work, not a promise about a specific roof.
Anything that matters to your decision should be confirmed on the inspection and set out in the written estimate.
Quotes and estimates
Figures discussed on the phone are indicative only. A binding figure follows an inspection and is given in writing.
Written estimates are open for a stated period. Prices may be revised after that period, or where the work found on opening a roof differs materially from what could be seen beforehand, and any such change is agreed with you before it is carried out.
Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty mentioned on this site is issued by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s own terms, and is subject to their conditions including registration and eligibility.
We will give you the relevant documents for your roof. Where anything here differs from those documents, the documents govern.
External links
Some pages may link to other websites. Those sites are run by other people and we have no control over what they publish or how they handle information.
A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for anything found at the other end of one.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and images on this site belong to the site owner or are used here with permission. Please do not copy them onto another website.
You are welcome to print or save pages for your own use when considering work on your own home.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on written advice given for your particular roof.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
They may be revised from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you read it is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
