Roof Repair in Wenonah, NJ
Most roofs that worry people are sound apart from one detail. Putting that detail right is quicker, cheaper and entirely honest.

Deciding between a mend and a replacement
We look at the covering around the fault rather than the fault itself. Even granule cover, courses still flat and sealed down, metalwork in reasonable order: a roof like that will hold a repair for years without complaining. A field already shedding grit into the trough is a different conversation. Patching one slope of it is spending money to postpone the same decision, and we will say so on the day.
What we are usually called about
Tabs lifted by wind
Along the rakes and the ridge, which is where the covering is least held down.
Worn valley lines
Two slopes feeding one channel means that channel wears out first.
Tired flashing
Around chimneys and sidewalls, where somebody has let sealant do the metal’s work.
Split pipe boots
The collar hardens and cracks well before the covering near it looks old.
Lifting fasteners
Fixings backing out and lifting the course over them, which happens on roofs laid in hot weather.
One-slope storm hits
A branch strike or a single bruised elevation, which an insurer will want photographed.
How a repair visit works
We find the fault from above and, with loft access, settle it from below as well, because the mark on a ceiling sits almost anywhere except directly beneath the hole. Nothing is lifted until you have the cost in writing. Small items are often dealt with there and then while the material is still on the van. Anything bigger gets a named day in the diary.
What a repair cannot do
It cannot bring a manufacturer's cover with it. That belongs to a full system installed to specification, and no honest roofer can bolt it onto a patch. What a repair can do is buy years at a fraction of the cost, which is usually the better answer. We will tell you how many years we think it buys.
Start with the free inspection
Somebody climbs up, goes over the roof properly and leaves you with a written figure. No charge for the visit and nothing booked off the back of it.
