Storm & Hail Damage Roof Repair in Wenonah, NJ
Most of what decides a storm claim happens in twenty minutes on a ladder with someone else’s employer paying them. Being up there too, with your own photographs, changes how that twenty minutes goes.

The twenty minutes that settle it
An adjuster arrives with a chalk, a tape and a day already half full. They will mark a test square on one or two elevations, count what sits inside it, and carry that count back to a desk. Whether the count is representative of the whole house depends almost entirely on which squares get chosen. We ask to be there. Not to argue, and not to speak for you, but because a bruise on the north elevation is easier to agree on when two people are looking at it in the same light.
What we have ready before they come
Every elevation photographed
Shot slope by slope with a scale in frame, so nothing depends on memory later.
Soft metal checked first
Vents, caps and gutter faces take a dent cleanly and date the weather better than the covering does.
The test squares already counted
Marked out the way an adjuster marks them, so the numbers are not a surprise to anybody.
Collateral noted off the roof
Screens, sills, the car, the deck rail: ground-level marks corroborate what is above them.
A date for the weather
The reported event matched against what the house actually shows, which sometimes disagrees.
A written scope of our own
Line by line, so you can read theirs against ours rather than against nothing.
What goes back on afterwards
A storm claim often ends in a full covering rather than a mend, and that makes the question of what is installed a long-term one. The shingles we put back carry a fifty-year manufacturer- backed warranty, which is cover from the company that made them rather than an assurance from the company that fitted them. That distinction matters more here than anywhere, because a claim is a once-in-a-decade chance to improve what the house has, paid for largely by somebody else.
Where we stop
We are roofers. We do not file for you, we do not negotiate on your behalf, and and interpreting the wording of your policy is a job for you and the company that issued it. What we will do is make sure the condition of the roof is recorded properly and that the price we quote reflects the work rather than the claim. If the damage does not justify a claim, we will say so before you make one.
Start with the free inspection
Somebody climbs up, goes over the roof properly and leaves you with a written figure. No charge for the visit and nothing booked off the back of it.
